“I am excited for Xavier Holloway to join our professional team on a USL Academy Contract. He has developed strongly over his time in our academy program and has had a great last 12 months, specifically. It has been great to see him earn opportunities in our club’s pathway in the different environments we’ve challenged him in, such as USL2, USL Academy, ECNL, and with our professional team. Credit to Xavier and our club’s coaches that continue to work with him every day.” says Head Coach John Bradford
“At 16, to sign an academy pro contract I see my dream coming true. The NCFC program has given me coaches and teammates that push, develop me, and keep bringing me to the next levels. There is no way to describe how it feels to play with the professional athletes. They challenge me, support me, and want to see me grow. I am looking forward to train with them, earn more minutes and take my game higher and higher!” says Xavier Holloway on being able to train and play with North Carolina FC.
Xavier Holloway made his professional debut with the club on Friday, July 21st in an exhibition match against Sunderland A.F.C. Holloway joins 12 other USL Academy Contract players signed with North Carolina FC.
