Season Tickets
A: Season ticket prices vary throughout the stadium. Season Ticket pricing for the 2022 season can be found here. Please call the front of the North Carolina Football Club at 919-459-8144 for more information.
A: Please reach out to the North Carolina Football Club’s ticketing department by emailing tickets@northcarolinafc.com or calling (919) 459-8144 and we will be happy to assist.
A: All children over the age of 2 will require a ticket. Children aged 2 or less do not require a ticket and may sit on your lap during the event.
A: All season tickets are digital this season and can be accessed with any smart phone via our Account Manager. To manage your tickets please visit the North Carolina Football Club and North Carolina Courage Account Manager at https://am.ticketmaster.com/ncfootballclub/. Sign-In using the email address associated with your account.
A: Log into your North Carolina Football Club and North Carolina Courage Account Manager, go to My Events, click on the match tickets you wish to transfer, resell or pre-exchange, then click on the appropriate action above and follow the step-by-step instructions.
A: Yes, we offer 0% interest payment plans spread out over several months.  Please talk to your sales representative for available options.
A: Supporter Groups are in the South Stands (sections 204-205). Please reach out to the Supporter’s Group to join.
A: Complimentary parking is available for customers purchasing 4 or more season tickets. Parking can be purchased at a discounted rate. Parking options can be discuss with your representative at any time.
General
A: For single match tickets please visit at TicketMaster online. Group tickets (groups of 10 or more to a single game), Season Tickets or Mini Plans can be purchased by calling the North Carolina Football Club at (919) 459-8144 or email us at tickets@northcarolinafc.com.
A: The box office at WakeMed Soccer Park does not have regular business hours. The Box Office will open for home games 2 hours prior to game time. For single match tickets, please visit Ticketmaster at TicketMaster.com to purchase tickets.
A: No, single game parking passes can be purchased at time of purchase through TicketMaster. Parking prices increase at the gate, so we encourage advance purchase at a discounted rate.

A: North Carolina FC and the North Carolina Courage will play in the rain. The match could be delayed and the stadium cleared, if lightning or severe weather is detected in the area. If dangerous weather is detected in the area, fans should return to their vehicles. Staying in or under the metal bleachers is NOT allowed. During a delay, updates will be made on the video board, PA announcements and on our social media channels to keep fans updated on when play will resume.
On rare occasions a match is cancelled, the match will usually be rescheduled. All tickets purchased for the cancelled match will be good for the rescheduled match. Please watch for additional information from the club following any postponed or canceled match.
A: Matches are typically rescheduled for a later date and original tickets will be good for the rescheduled match.
Any other information will be communicated directly to the ticket purchaser via email from the North Carolina Football Club.
