CARY, N.C. (Sep. 13, 2017) – Following North Carolina FC’s impressive 3-0 victory at FC Edmonton, six players have been selected to the NASL Team of the Week for Week 7 of the Fall Season after standout individual performances. NCFC took more than half of the available spots, as Nazmi Albadawi, Renan Gorne, Steven Miller, Kareem Moses, Brian Sylvestre and Connor Tobin all appeared on the Team of the Week.
Albadawi Gorne and Miller all scored goals, while the Brazilian added an assist to earn spots on the Team of the Week. Moses and Tobin anchored a strong backline performance and Sylvestre led the way in goal to clinch the shutout.
