Camps Refund Policies

Cancellation/Change Policy (Summer Camps):

If a player wishes to change or cancel their registration date for a camp, they may do so by e-mailing Anne Mann at Anne@NorthCarolinaFC.com.

If an e-mail notification is received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the originally registered camp that a child cannot attend their originally registered camp, then the registrant can change the week of their camp to another week for a $20 change fee.

Any requested camp cancellation, other than for a documented medical reason, will be refunded according to the following:

If an e-mail notification is received no later than one (1) month prior to the start date of the registered camp week: 100% refund less a $20 processing fee ($165 refund)

If an e-mail notification is received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the registered camp week: 75% refund ($140 refund)

If an e-mail notification is received no later than two (2) days prior to the start date of the registered camp week: 50% refund ($93 refund)

If an e-mail notification is received less than two (2) days prior to the start date of the registered camp week, no refund will be provided, unless it is due to a documented medical reason that prevents participation in both the original camp and the same type of camp that is being held later in the summer.
